Prof. Claire Gardent, NL4XAI supervisor and Senior Researcher at LORIA-CNRS, has been selected as a 2022 fellow of the Association for Computational Linguistics (ACL).

Claire Gardent was one of eight new fellows chosen last year by the ACL’s Nominating Committee. The organization cited Claire’s significant contributions to linguistically informed computational models for natural language generation, and the curation of NLG benchmarking and evaluation resources.

Founded in 1962, the Association for Computational Linguistics (ACL) is the premier international scientific and professional society for people working on computational problems involving human language, a field often referred to as either computational linguistics or natural language processing (NLP).
